2003年烟台市芝罘区茶馆卫生状况调查

目的]了解芝罘区茶馆业公共卫生现状。方法]2003年7～8月普查芝罘区经营性茶馆。结果]芝罘区茶馆业总体卫生状况尚可，部分业户存在卫生设施、设备不足，棋牌不清洗、消毒等问题。茶具合格户数占75．0％，空气检测合格户数占80．8％。结论]应制定茶馆业卫生规范及棋牌类物品消毒规范。

Surveillance on Sanitary Situation of Tea Shops in Zhifu District in 2003

Objective]To understand the public sanitary situation of tea shops in Zhifu district. Methods]To survey all the commercial tea shops of Zhifu in Jul and Aug of 2003. Results]The sanitary situation was passable as a whole, but problems such as shortage of instruments, deficiency in cleanout and disinfection of instruments still existed in some tea shops. The qualified rates of tea service and air surveillance were 75.0% and 80.8% respectively. Conclusion]The hygiene norm of tea shops and the disinfection norm of entertainment instrument should be drawn up.
