摘    要:目的 分离并鉴定马蹄莲中的活性成分。方法 将碱性提取物用中性氧化铝、硅胶柱色谱和HPLC色谱等技术,分离得到活性成分,它的化学结构通过UV、IR、MS、1HNMR和13CNMR波谱分析确证。结果与结论 从马蹄莲碱性提取物中,分离并鉴定了抗菌活性的化合物为六次甲基四胺。该化合物系首次从马蹄莲中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To separate and identify active component from Zantedeshia aethiopica.Methods The active component was abtained from basic extraction part by techniques neutral Al2O3, Silica gel and HPLC chromatogram, and its chemical structure was identified by UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data.Results and Condusion The antibiotic active component was methenamine from the basic extraction part of Zantedeshia aethiopica. The compound was firstly separated from Zantedeshia aethiopica.
