| 摘 要： | 目的建立肿节风含片中异嗪皮啶的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil ODS C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．2％磷酸（28：72），流速为1mL／min，检测波长为344nm。结果异嗪皮啶进样量在0．1098～0．8781μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0．9994，平均回收率为100．23％。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好，可作为肿节风舍片的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of isofraxidin in Zhongjiefeng buccal tablets. Methods HPLC method was adopted and a Kromasil-C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid （28：72）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 344 nm. Results The calibration curve of isofraxidin was linear in the range of 0. 109 8- 0. 878 1μg （r =0.999 4）, the average recovery rate was 100.23%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and specific with good reproducibility. It can be used for quantity control of Zhongjiefeng buccal tablets. |
