中国人颌面部的应用解剖学 (二)上颌动脉及其分支的观察

对50侧国人头颅标本的上颌动脉位置、主要分支及与三叉神经分支的关系进行了详细观察。 1、根据耳屏间切迹到口角联线来确定上颌动脉起始部位。 2、上颌动脉在翼外肌浅面有42例(84％),走在翼内、外肌之间7例(14％),有1例侧成袢状环绕翼外肌。 3、上颌动脉大多位于下颌神经分支的外侧(浅面),仅4例在内侧。 4、对上颌动脉的各段分支及与三叉神经的分支关系进行了描述,特别对脑膜中动脉起始部定位及与耳颞神经关系作了详述。

The applied anatomy of the maxillofacial region of the Chinese:2.Observation on the maxillary artery and its branches

On 50 maxillofacial halves, we studied the maxillary artery with its branches and also their relationship with the branches of the trigerminal nerve in detail. 1.The origin of the maxillary artery was located and delimited according to a designed line from incisure intertragica to angulus oris. 2.The maxillary artery was found superficial to the external pterygoid in 42 cases (84%), between the external and internal ptervgoid in 7 cases (14%) and in 1 case (2%) the artery looped around the external pterygoid. 3.The maxillary artery passed mostly lateral to the branches of the mandibular nerve;the artery is on their internal side only in 4 eases. 4.The main branches of the three parts of the maxillary artery, especiallly the originating patterns of the middle meningeal artery and the relationship between the vessel and the auriculotemporal nerve were described.
