| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗上睑下垂的有效手术方法。方法对21例（21只眼）先天性上睑下垂和12例（12只眼）后天性上睑下垂（不明原因）施行改良额肌瓣悬吊术。结果33只眼中,30只眼满意（占90.9%）,3只眼基本满意（占8.1%）。结论改良额肌瓣悬吊术矫正上睑下垂,术式简单,效果好,是治疗各类上睑下垂的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To reseach an effective surgical method for treating ptosis. Methods 21 eyes of congenital ptosis and 11 eyes of acquired ptosis were treated with modified musculus frontalis flap suspension surgery and the effectiveness was analyzed. Results For 33 eyes,the satisfactory rate was 90.9% （ about 30 eyes ） and the approximate satisfactory rate was 8. 1% （3 eyes ）. Conclusion The method is very easy and effective and can be taken as the first choice for treating modified mseulus frontalis flap suspension. |
