刘景源教授辨治外感发热经验汇要(三)

本文就外感发热中的汗出热减,继而复热;日晡潮热;真寒假热3种发热类型进行辨析。汗出热减,继而复热见于湿热病的中焦湿热证候,病机为湿热裹结,治法为清利湿热,利尿通阳;日晡潮热为阳明热盛,耗气伤津所致,见于阳明热结之证,病机为热盛伤津,燥屎热结,治法为攻下热结,通腑泄热;真寒假热表现为高热与四肢厥冷并见,其病机和治法与"高热"相同。

This paper analyzed three types of exogenous fever,including fever subsiding from sweating and recurrence,late afternoon tidal fever and cold pattern with pseudo-heat. The type of fever subsiding from sweating and recurrence was seen in warmness-heat disease,whose etiology is refractory dampnessheat and pathogenic qi stagnation with middle-energizer and pathogenesis is union of dampness and heat.The treatment should be clearing heat and resolving dampness and activating yang for diuresis. The late afternoon tidal fever could exist in cold-induced disease and warm pathogen disease,which is heat retention in the intestine pattern of pathogenic heat to Large Intestine fu-organs of Hand-Yangming and impairing body fluids,which due to constipation,and block of the qi of the fu-organs. The pathogenesis is impairment of body fluids by dryness-heat,which due to heat retention in the intestine. The treatment should be expelling intense heat with purgatives and expelling heat to promote fu-organs. The cold pattern with pseudo-heat is high fever with cold limbs,so its pathogenesis and treatment is same to "high fever"type.
