从调畅中焦气机论述中医外治法治疗消化道肿瘤术后粘连性肠梗阻

消化道肿瘤术后粘连性肠梗阻的病机复杂,中焦气机失畅与其发病密切相关。中医学认为,手术损伤气血,加之寒邪侵犯导致中焦气机失畅,肠道传导失司,上下不通发为梗阻。治疗上应从调畅中焦气机入手,根据病变部位的不同,分别选用中药外敷、灌肠等方法治疗;针对病因辨证论治,寒邪侵犯者多选用温阳散寒中药,气血不足者加用健脾益气之品。
