人乳头状瘤病毒感染与尖锐湿疣及宫颈癌的比较研究

摘    要:目的探讨不同种类人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与病变性质的关系。方法采用基因芯片技术,对195例患者宫颈分泌物中的HPV DNA分别进行检测。其中,尖锐湿疣62例,宫颈癌48例和正常对照85例,并对HPV感染的主要类型进行分析。结果上述宫颈分泌物中的HPV的检出率分别为96.77%、97.92%和22.35%。宫颈各病变组中HPV的检出率显著高于对照组(P〈0.001)。尖锐湿疣组中低危型HPV的检出率为61.29%,宫颈癌组中高危型HPV检出率为77.08%,两者HPV型别分布差异有显著意义(P〈0.001)。结论尖锐湿疣和宫颈癌的发生与HPV感染高度相关。尖锐湿疣常与低危型HPV感染有关;宫颈癌的发生则与高危型HPV关系密切。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the relationship between human papilloma virus (HPV) infection and several lesions of the genital tract. Methods] HPV DNA expression in secretion of condylomata acuminata(CA), cervical cancer and normal cervical was detected by gene chip technique. Main HPV types were compared in CA and cervical cancer. Results] The total positive rate of HPV in the secretion of CA, cervical cancer and normal cervical were 96.77%(60/62), 97.92%(47/48) and 22.35%(19/85), respectively. Those of the cervical lesions were significantly higher than that of the normal controls (P <0.001). The predominant HPV types in CA group were the low-risk types HPV (61.29%), while the high-risk types HPV were more frequently found in the cervical cancer group (77.08%). The difference of distribution of HPV types in CA and cervical cancer was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion] HPV infections are intimately linked to CA and cervical cancer. The low-risk types HPV seem to be associated with CA; the high-risk types are closely related to cervical cancer.
