| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效液相色谱测定银翘合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(11∶89)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为327 nm,柱温为室温;结果绿原酸在0.122 6~1.225 6μg范围内线性良好,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.76%(n=5);结论该方法快速简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于银翘合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao mixture by RP-HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on C_(18) column with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(11:89) as mobile phase and 1.0 mL·min~(-1)of the flow rate,the detection wavelength was at 327 nm,the column temperature was room temperature.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was in the range of 0.1226～1.225 6 μg,r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 99.16%,and RSD was 0.76%(n=5).Conclusion This method was rapid,sensitive and accurate,it can be used for quality control of Yinqiao mixture. |
