| 摘 要： | 目的分析咽异感症在社区误诊误治的原因。方法对病程3个月以上被社区医生误诊为慢性咽炎的207例咽异感症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果207例中,鼻后滴漏综合征9例、茎突过长综合征4例、自主神经功能紊乱7例、更年期综合征6例、胃食管反流28例、咽喉反流79例、精神因素68例。结论咽异感症病因复杂,可能是全身多种疾病的症状之一或惟一症状,社区医生必须查明病因,针对病因进行个体化治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of community doctors' misdiagnosing paraesthesia pharynges(PP).Methods Retrospective analysis was done on 207 cases with over-3-month duration of paraesthesia pharynges,who were misdiagnosed by community doctors.Results Postnasal drip syndrome(PNDS)was found in 9 cases,elongation of styloid process in 4 cases,vegetative nerve functional disturbance in 7 cases,climacteric syndrome in 6 cases,reflux esophagitis in 28 cases,laryngopharyngeal reflux in 79 cases and psychic factors in 68 cases.Conclusion Cause of paraesthesia pharynges is complex,which can be the only or one of the symptoms of a lot of different diseases.So it is emphasized here that community doctors must find out causes of diseases to carry out individual treatments. |
