| 摘 要： | 肺韦格纳肉芽肿临床表现多样,诊断复杂,易误诊。早期联合环磷酰胺(CP)和糖皮质激素治疗有效,但1年后有复发可能,应重视随访。本文通过对2例肺韦格纳肉芽肿患者的临床诊治资料和随访1年资料进行回顾性分析及文献复习。旨在提高对肺韦格纳肉芽肿诊断和治疗的认识。

| Abstract: | The clinical manifestations of Wegener's granulomatosis(WG) are various,and it is difficult to diagnose and often misdiagnosed as other pulmonary diseases.The treatment with glucocorticoids(GCs) plus cyclophosphamide(CP) is effective early,but a relapse is possible after one year.Therefore,follow-up survey is very important.To improve the diagnosis and treatment of WG,this article analyses retrospectively the data of two cases on clinic and one year follow-up,and reviews the literature of WG as well. |
