含左氧氟沙星序贯疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

目的观察由奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林、克拉霉素组成的10日序贯疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)的疗效。方法将经胃镜检查确诊为慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡且H.pylori阳性的患者97例随机分为两组,治疗组(49例)方案为前5d给予奥美拉唑 克拉霉素,后5d给予奥美拉唑 阿莫西林 左氧氟沙星;对照组(48例)三联疗法为奥美拉唑 阿莫西林 克拉霉素,疗程7d。比较治疗后两组患者H.pylori根除率。结果治疗后治疗组H.pylori根除率为95.9%,对照组为85.4%,两组患者H.pylori根除率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星等组成的10日序贯疗法治疗H.pylori感染具有较高的根除率。

Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori with Levofloxacin Sequential Therapy

Objective To compare the Levofloxacin sequential regimen and the standard triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication.Methods Totally 97 Helicobacter pylori-infected patients with peptic ulcer or chronic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy were enrolled.The patients were randomized divided as trial group(n=49) who receiving Omeperazole 20 mg q.d.plus Clarithromycin 0.5 g q.d.for the first 5 days,and followed by Omeperazole 20 mg,Amoxicillin 500 mg and Levofloxacin 300 mg,all q.d,for the last 5 days;and control group(nm=48) who receiving standard 7-day triple regimen,or Omeperazole 20 mg,Clarithromycin 500 mg and amoxicillin 1 g,all q.d.for 7 days.Helicobacter pylori status in the two groups was compared after completion of treatment.Results After treatment,the eradication rate in the trial group was 95.9 %,whole the rate in the control group was 85.4 %,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The 10-day sequential therapy comprising Levofloxacin and Omeprazole can achieve a higher eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori.
