| 摘 要： | 目的:提高护士整体素质,全面提升护理管理质量。方法:在护理服务中开展QC小组活动,加强护理人员的质量教育及培训,先在护理管理层成立几个试点QC小组,条件成熟后,逐渐扩大QC小组活动面,并设立QC小组管理指导委员会,加强对QC小组活动的过程管理,保证QC小组活动的有效性。结果:不断上升的PDCA循环贯穿于临床护理工作的全过程,规范了护理管理,使护理质量合格率提高,病人满意度提高。结论:在护理管理中有效的QC小组活动可以提高护理管理工作的效能。

| Abstract: | Objectives: to improve the holistic making of nurses and step up the quality of nursing care comprehensively. Methods: Develop QC group in nursing care and strengthen the education and training to nurses. Establish a few experimental QC groups among nursing managers firstly, then broaden their activities gradually and found direction committee of QC groups to reinforce the progress management of the QC groups and guarantee the validity of the groups. Results: Continuous ascending PDCA ran through the whole clinic nursing progress. It standardized the nursing management and improved the quality of nursing care as well as satisfaction of patients. Conclusion: Effective QC group could increase the efficiency of nursing management. |
