64层螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤术后评价中的应用

摘    要:目的评价64层螺旋CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)在颅内动脉瘤术后复查中的临床应用价值。方法对21例临床确诊颅内动脉瘤接受手术治疗病例,术后行64层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)检查,图像后处理方法包括多层面重建、容积显示重建及最大密度投影重建。结果对于使用钛制动脉瘤夹病例,64层螺旋CTA可以清楚显示动脉瘤体消失、载瘤动脉与动脉瘤夹之间关系及动脉瘤夹的数量和位置。结论64层螺旋CT血管造影可以作为使用钛制动脉瘤夹病例的术后随访工具。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in the postoperative examination for intracranial aneurysms. Methods Twenty-one patients with treated intracranial aneurysms were studied with postoperative CTA using 64-slice helical CT, and we used MPR, VR and MIP techniques to reconstruct 2D or 3D images. Results For the cases using titanium clips, 64-slice helical CTA could clearly reveal the occlusion of the aneurysm, the relationship between the parent vessel and aneurysm clips and the quantity and location of aneurysm clips. Conclusion 64-slice helical CTA can be used as a postoperative follow-up tool for the aneurysms treated by titanium clips.
