肺部真菌感染的CT表现

目的 总结肺部真菌感染的ＣＴ表现。方法 ５例经病理证实的肺部真菌染的ＣＴ资料（４例手术证实，１例支气管镜活检，且抗真菌治疗治愈）。结果 曲霉菌１例，念珠菌２例，隐球菌２例，ＣＴ表现：（１）单发肿块（１例）、曲菌珠（１例）、空洞（２例）；（２）肺内弥漫性炎性灶伴肿块、结节、空洞、支气管扩张（１例）。结论 （１）曲菌球ＣＴ有典型的特征改变。是曲霉菌感染的可靠依据；（２）肺内一炎性灶伴肿块、结节、空洞、支气管扩张和单发肿块、空洞是真菌感染的常见ＣＴ表现。

CT findings of mycotic infection of the lung

Purpose To summarize the feature of mycotic infection in the lungs. Methods 5 cases of pulmonary mycotic infection have been proved by pathology. Among the five cases 4 have been proved by operations and one by bronchial biopsy and cured with antifungous drugs. Results Aspergillums 1 cases, Candida 2 cases, crypotocoecus 2 cases. The CT representations of such cases include: (1)single mass( 1 case), aspergillums balls (1 case) , acuities(2 cases) , single inflammatory solidification of the lung segment associated with cavities(1 case) .(2)disseminated inflammatory foci in the lung accompanied with masses, nodes, cavities, bronchiectasis (1 case) .Conclusion (1)When the lungs are infected by aspergillums, CT will show some characteristic changes which give reliable evidence of the aspergillums infection. (2)There are very common features in mycotic infection: disseminated inflammatory foci with masses, nodes, cavities in the CT of the lung
