| 摘 要： | 目的 进一步提高乳腺癌的诊断正确率。方法 Ｘ线诊断乳腺癌３８例，经手术病理证实为乳腺癌３４例。结论 Ｘ线报告符合率为８９．５％。３４例中２１例有细小的钙化，１１例有结构紊乱。结论 细小的钙化和结构紊乱对乳腺癌有重要诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose To increase diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer. Methods 38 breast cancers were diagnosed by X - ray examination, of which 34 cases were confirmed by the pathology. Results The diagnostic accuracy of X - ray examination was 89.5%. 21 of 34 cases had minimal calcifications, and 11 cases had disorder of structure. Conclusion Minimal calcifications and disorder of structure have important diagnostic value in breast cancer |
