| 摘 要： | 目的 评估结肠癌的超声诊断价值。材料对５０例此例病人做回顾性研究。方法 经腹部常规超声探测。结果 超声显示假肾性或分布不匀的癌物质图像。所有病例均经过手术和病理验证。结肠的超声诊断率为９１．５％。结论 对于结肠癌病人应进行手术前常规超声探测，因为这样经济，易于操作，同时以病人的年龄及身体状况限制较小。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the value of ultrasound diagnosis of colon carcinoma. Materials Fifty - nine patients were studide retrospec-tivly. Methods Routine abdominai ultrasound detecting method had been performed for every patient. Results Image features are pseudo - kidney sign or badly - distributed substance of tumour. All cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis of colon carcinoma is 91.5% . Conclusion Ultrasound examination should be performed pre - operation routinely in colon carcinoma patient, for it is economy , easy to perform and no limit to patient s age or health condition. |
