骨肉瘤与转移性骨肿瘤的介入治疗

目的探讨骨肉瘤与转移性骨肿瘤介入治疗的靶动脉及化疗药物的选择。方法对１５例骨肉瘤和转移性骨肿瘤病人进行动脉灌注化疗，其中２例进行栓塞治疗并手术，对不同性质来源的肿瘤采用不同的化疗药物。结果所有经介入治疗的病人疼痛症状均缓解或消失，并有不同程度的软组织块影缩小、肿瘤血管减少等表现，１例出现骨质增生修复。结论在骨肉瘤与转移性骨肿瘤介入治疗中联合用药疗效优于单一用药。

Interventional therapy of bone sarcoma and metastatic tumor

Purpose To explore the selection of target artery and chemotherapeutic medicine for interventional therapy of bone sarcoma and metastatic tumors. Methods 15 cases of bone sarcoma and metastatic tumor were performed with chemotherapeutic medicine, two of them were operated by intfravascular embolism. According different origin of the tumor various medicines were chosen. Results The ache of all case were eased or disappeared, furthermore the parenchyma mass were deflated and the vessels supplyihg tumor reduced. Osseous hyperplasia and recovery appeared in one case. Conclusion Different target arteries are chosed accordig to the position and origin of the tumor. Combination of various medicines is more effective than singleness in interventional chemo - therapy of bone tumors.
