摘    要:目的 回顾性分析颌面部淋巴结外病变影响舌骨上颈动脉间隙的CT表现特点。方法 54例经活检和手术病理证实的影响舌骨上颈动脉间隙的颌面部病变分为颈动脉间隙组(I组)和颈动脉间隙外组(Ⅱ组)。结果 I组病变10例,均为良性。CT显示颈动脉间隙内血管移位9例,闰变与血管间脂肪带消失3例。Ⅱ病变44例,良性10例,恶性34例。CT显示病变压迫间隙内血管14例(13例有血管移位),病变与血管间脂肪带来

Abstract:Purpose To analyze retrospectively the CT features of various maxillofacial lesions (except cervical lymph nodes) affecting the hyperhyoid carotid space. Methods 54 patients with maxillofacial lesions proven by operation and biopsy were divided into two groups: the lesions located in the carotid space (group I) and the lesions located outside the carotid space (group II ). Results CT findings of group I (10 cases of benign lesions) showed that the cervical vessels displaced in various directions in nine cases, and the fat septa disappeared between carotid vessels and lesion in three cases. CT manifestations shown in group II lesions (44 cases; 10 benign lesions and 34 malignant lesions) included the signs of pressing (14 cases; 13 lesions with displacement of cervical vessels) and encompassing (30 cases; 10 lesions with cervical vessel displaced) the carotid space. In all lesions of the latter, the fat septa vanished between the cervical vessels and the lesions. Conclusion The eminent CT finding of group I may be the displacement of the cervical vessels, while group II lesions can displace and encompass the vessels in this space.
