磁化传递对比成像技术及其应用

摘    要:目的 探讨磁化传递对比成像(MTC)技术及其临床应用。方法 设定不同的TR参数测定对MTC的影响,以双蒸馏水、0.4mmol/1MnCl2溶液模型测定MT脉冲作用,并对98例检查进行用或不同MTC的配对扫描。结果 MT脉冲对双蒸馏水、0.4mmol/1MnCl2信号影响基微,脑灰、白质MT效应与TR相关,MTC使脑脊液与颈髓与颈髓相对信噪比提高约30%,肿瘤病灶增强相对信噪比提高58%,85.31

Abstract:Purpose To introduce magnetization transfer contrast (MTC) and evaluate its clinical application. Methods 98 cases with MTC and conventional sequence were analyzed and compared with each other,and two solution phantom, were used in the volunteer measurements. Results The MT ratio of normal white matter was 19.48, with less than 3% contribution from direct saturation and spin lock, the value of MTRs was relative to TR. MTC provided a 58% improvement in the C/N of lesions over the conventional T1weighted SE images on postcontrast, the visualization of smaller vessels is improved with time-of-flight when MT pulse were used. Conclusion MTC provides new patterns of tissue contrast and improves the depiction of contrast enhancement.
