| 摘 要： | 目的 研究盆腔内含脂肪密度的肿块的ＣＴ诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 本组经手术病理证实７例，均为女性，全部病例均做Ｂ超和ＣＴ平扫，其中２例还做了增强扫描，１例做了ＭＲＩ检查。结果 盆腔内畸胎瘤５例，子宫肌瘤脂肪变１例，盆腔内脂肪瘤１例。结论 ＣＴ地盆腔内含脂肪密度的肿块检查价值很大，仔细分析肿块起源和密度、内部结构情况有助于提高诊断的准确性。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate CT features and differential diagnosis of fat - containing mass in pelvic cavity. Methods Plain CT scan and ultrasonic examination were performed in 7 female patients before operation. Results The lesions were the following diseases ;teratoma( 5 cases), uterine leiomyoma with fat degeneration( 1 case) , lipoma( 1 case). Conclusion CT scan is helpful in differential diagnosis of fat - containing mass in pelvic cavity. |
