| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ｂ超引导下经皮穿刺注无水酒精治疗肾囊肿的临床价值及囊肿穿刺的指征。方法５８例肾囊肿患者接受Ｂ超引导下肾囊肿穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗术。结果单纯性囊肿有效率为９８．４％，治愈率为８３．９％。穿刺后无严重并发症，多囊肾的治疗也取得了较满意的效果。结论无水酒精肾囊肿硬化疗效确切，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Purpose To probe the effect and indiction of renal cyst treatment with alcohol injection guided by ultrasound. Methods Alcohol was injected transpercutaneously guiding by uetraeound into 58 renal cysts for the therapeutic purpose. Results The effective - rate and cure - rate of single cysts are 98.4% and 83.9% . Without any serious complication. And the treatment of poly- cysts gained satisfactory results. The value and indication were descussed. |
