自然组织谐频成像在腹部应用的临床研究

摘    要:目的 研究自然组织谐频成像(NTHI)技术在腹部应用的临床价值。方法 用NTHI技术对200例不同患腹部脏器的二维图像与常规基频成像(FI)进行对比分析。NTHI成像探头发射频率为2.5MHz,接收频率为5.0MHz,FI成像探头频率为3.5MHz。结果 NTHI技术的二给图像其回声更加细腻。病灶及管道管的边界回声更加清晰,液体内的细小点状回声更易显示,NTHI对深部结构的显示受到一定条件的限制。结论 NTHI可提高二维图像的质量,提高信噪比,尤其是提高各种病灶界面及病灶本身的回声强度。提高判断液体是否粘稠的敏感性。对诊断及鉴别诊断均有一定帮助。但深部结构的图像质量并非均能得到改善。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of applying native tissue harmonic imaging (NTHI) technique in abdomen. Methods We comparatively analysed 200 two-dimentional imaging of NTHI technique with routine fundamental imaging(FI) . The emission frequency of NTHI is 3. 5MHz,receive frequency is 5.0MHz,while the FI is 3.5MHz.Results the echo of two-dimentinal imaging obtained from NTHI technique was finer and that of focal boundery and tubal structure were revealed clearer, the fine dot echoes in liquid were easier to display,but NTHI was limited by certain condition in the displey of deeper structure. Conclusion NTHI is able to promote the quality of two-dimentional imaging, elevate information to noise ratio, especially promote echo intensity of various focal boundaries and themselves, elevate sensitivity to judge whether liquid is sticky or not. So it helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. But the imaging quality of deeper structure could not be promoted utterly.
