| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者外周血中CK20的表达与微转移的关系。方法采用荧光RT—PCR技术进行胃癌患者外周血CK20表达检测。结果57例胃癌患者外周血中检出CK20表达的有23例，检出率为40．4％。结论采用RT—PCR技术检测外周血中CK20的表达可以监测癌症微转移的发生，适于临床推广。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study relationship with CK20 and carcinoma. [Method] Using fluorescence RT-PCR detect Cytokeratin 20 in peripheral blood from patients with gastric carcinoma. [Result] The positive rate of CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood was 40.4%. [Conclusion] fluorescence RT-PCR was useful to detect CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood. |
