肝素在人工晶状体植入术中的临床应用

目的探讨肝素对人工晶状体植入术后晶状体表面色素沉着及后发障抑制效果。方法手术过程中于灌注液中加入50kU/L肝素,共74例,并随机选择普通人工晶状体植入术148例,手术后1,3,7d观察晶状体表面色素情况、测眼内压。并于0.5～2a后观察后囊混浊情况。结果应用肝素组术后人工晶状体表面色素沉着较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05),后发障发生率低(P<0.05),对角膜水肿程度及眼内压无影响。结论肝素能明显抑制人工晶状体植入后晶状体色素沉着及后发障。可于手术中加入灌注液中应用。

The clinical study of heparin on intraocular lens implantation

Aim To investigate the restraining effect of the heparin for pigment precipitation on surface of the intraocular lens and after cataract. Methods For 74 patients who used 50kU/L heparin in pouring fluid contrasted with 148 patients without heparin, pigment precipitation and intraocular pressure were observed on l,3,7d and the rate of posterior capsular opacification in 0.5-2a after operation. Results The pigment precipitation and posterior capsular opacification were significantly reduced in the patients(P<0.05) with heparin compared with control group. Heparin had not any effect on degree of corneal edema or intraocular pressure. Conclusion Heparin can restrain the pigment precipitation and after cataract after intraocular lens implantation. It is available to be used in clinic with pouring fluid.
