健脾补肺温肾液对结肠传输运动的影响

目的　观察健脾补肺温肾液对慢传输型便秘者结肠传输运动的影响。方法　对146例患者采用分组对照观察治疗 ,治疗组 74例采用经肛门导入、气流弥散全结肠给药法 ,对照组 72例采用口服法 ,并观察两组结肠传输试验。结果　治疗组的治愈率为 44 .5 9% ,总有效率为 90 .5 4% ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结肠传输障碍的改善优于对照组。结论　对慢传输型便秘以健脾补肺温肾为治疗大法、辅以全结肠给药方法治疗 ,可获得满意疗效。

Effect of Jianpi Bufei Wenshen Ye on colon transfer

Objective It is to study the effect of Jianpi Bufei Wenshen Ye (JBWY) on the colon transfer of slow transit constipation patients. Methods 146 patients with slow transit constipation were randomly divided into two groups. Seventy four patients in the treatment group were treated with all colon administration of JBWY by airflow diffusion from anus. Seventy two patients in the control group were orally administered with JBWY. Transfer tests of both groups were observed. Results Curative rate (44.59%) and total effective rate (90.54%) of the treatment group were superior to the control group ( P <0.01). The colon transfer of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion All-colon administration of JBWY by airflow diffusion from anus is an effective methods for slow transit constipation.
