安理申联合恩必普和金纳多治疗老年痴呆症的疗效评价

目的评价安理申联合恩必普和金纳多对老年痴呆症患者认知、行为功能障碍的改善作用。方法将56例患者随机分为2个组，安理申联合恩必普和金纳多治疗组28例（联合治疗组），安理申治疗组28例（安理申组），2个组年龄、性别及病情等一般情况差异无统计学意义。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗后3、6个月进行MMSE量表、ADL量表的测评。治疗前和治疗结束后均检测肝肾功和心电图。结果安理申联合恩必普和金纳多治疗老年痴呆症患者3个月和6个月后，认知功能的改善和行为能力的改善均明显好于安理申治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论安理申、恩必普和金纳多联合应用对老年痴呆症认知功能、行为能力改善效果较单用安理申明显，而且无明显副作用。

Efficacy of donepezil combined with Gingo biloba extract Egb761 and dl-3-butylphthalide in treatment of Alzheimer disease

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of donepezil combined with Gingo biloba extract Egb761 and dl-3-butylphthalide in treatment of old patients with Alzheimer＇s disease on cognitive function and behavioral. Methods 56 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into 2 groups, treated with donepezil or treated with donepezil combined with Gingo biloba extract Egb761 and dl-3-butylphthalide. MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 2 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months, 6 months after treatment. Results The cognitive function and behavioral abilities in old patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were improved markedly （P〈0. 01） in the group treated with donepezil combined with Gingo biloba extract Egb761 and dl 3-butylphthalide 3 months, 6months after treatment. Conclusion Combination of donepezil with Gingo biloba extract Egb761 and d1-3-butylphthalide can markedly ameliorate the cognitive function and behavioral abilities in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. The therapy has no obvious side effects.
