无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效分析

目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效。方法选择2007年2月至2012年1月成人腹股沟斜疝患者250例．分为观察组150例和对照组100例。对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗：观察组采用无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组患者术后的临床治愈率，术后疼痛持续时间及术后住院时间，并对比其术后并发症发生率及术后6个月的复发率。结果观察组患者术后治愈率略高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组患者术后疼痛持续时间及术后住院时间明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者术后并发症发生率及术后6个月的复发率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与传统疝修补术相比，无张力疝修补术能更加有效地治疗成人腹股沟斜疝．值得临床进一步推广。

Analysis of the cfinical curative effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult in- guinal hernia. Methods A total of 250 patients with adult inguinal hernia in the hospital from February 2007 to January 2012, were selected and divided into observation group （n= 150） and control group （n= 100）. The method of treatment was traditional her- nia repair and tension-free hernia repair in control group and observation group respectively. To compare the clinical cure rates af- ter the surgery, duration time of postoperative pain and hospital stays after operation in two groups, as well as to compare the inci- dence rate of occurrence rate of postoperative complications and postoperative recurrence rates after six months. Results The clinical cure rate in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group without statistically significant differ- ence （P〉0.05）. Duration time of postoperative pain and hospital stay after operation in observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group with statistical significance （P〈O.05）. Furthermore, incidence rate of postoperative complications and recurrence rate six months after operation in the observation group were both remarkably lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comparing with the tradi- tional hernia repair, the tension-free hernia repair is more effective in the treatment of adult inguinal, and it is worthy of further promotion.
