肝脂康胶囊对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝超微结构变化的影响

目的:观察肝脂康胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝动物模型超微结构变化的影响,为临床提供形态学依据.方法:采用高脂饮食造成脂肪肝动物模型,以东宝肝泰作对照,观察模型大鼠肝组织超微结构的变化.结果:高脂饲料模型组大鼠肝细胞脂变严重,出现炎症浸润、变性、坏死,电镜可见线粒体变形、肿胀,内质网扩张等超微结构变化.治疗后,肝脂康治疗组肝细胞超微结构有显著恢复,脂变程度明显减轻.同时病理观察结果显示,在使大鼠脂肪变性恢复正常方面,肝脂康胶囊优于东宝肝泰(P＜0.05).结论:形态学观察证实肝脂康胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝有效.

Effects of Ganzhikang Capsule on Ultrastructure Changes in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Rats

Objective: To observe effects of Ganzhikang Capsule on ultrastructures in non-alcoholic fatty liver model rats so as to provide morphological basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Fatty liver model rats were induced by high fat diet, and the effects of Ganzhikang Capsule on microstructures in liver tissue were investigated with Dong Bao Gan Tai used as control medicine. Results: In the model group, serious fatty degeneration of hepatocytes with inflammatory infiltration, degeneration and necrosis, and deforming, swelling of mitochondrion, dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum were found. After treatment of Ganzhikang Capsule, microstructures of hepatocytes restored obviously, fatty degeneration relieved significantly, and Ganzhikang Capsule was superior to Dong Bao Gan Tai in restoration of fatty degeneration (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ganzhikang Capsule is effective for non-alcoholic fatty liver.
