羟化酶抑制剂与抗生素在诺卡菌选择性氧化胆甾醇中的作用

摘    要:采用了羟化酶抑制剂8-羟基喹啉和113种抗生素来研究提高诺卡菌8401选择性地氧化胆甾醇3位羟基为酮基的专一性。实验结果指出:8-羟基喹啉能促使选择性氧化比对照提高7.38%;在前基础上加氨苄青霉素比对照提高77.8%,加头孢唑啉比对照提高51.3%,而加其他抗生素起负效应作用。

Abstract:We found that nooardia sp. 8401 can transform cholesterol to cholest-4-ene-3-one.The control of selective oxidation was studied by addition of 13 antibiotics and an inhibitor of hydroxylase, 8-hydroxyquinolin.Experimental results indicated that addition of 8-hydroxyquinolin raised conversion by 7.38 %. Further addition of ampiciilin raised conversion by 77.8 % and cefazolin raised conversion by 51.3%, other antibiotics all caused depression of conversion.
