腰椎间盘突出症患者术后早期卧位方式的探讨

目的 观察早期舒适卧位预防腰椎间盘突出症患者手术后因被动体位引起的腰肌酸痛等不良反应的效果。方法将140例患者随机分成两组，观察组患者手术后采用早期舒适卧位，即颈、腰部垫软枕仰卧位，对照组患者术后按传统方法采用去枕平卧位，术后：24h进行观察比较。结果观察组呼吸及血压平稳，头痛、头晕、呕吐等症状与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），睡眠、舒适程度及腰肌酸痛情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者手术后早期颈、腰部垫软枕仰卧位能有效预防因体位不适而引起的腰肌酸痛等不良反应。

Lying Positions at the Early Stage after the Operation of Lumbar Disc Protrusion

Objective To observe the effect of comfort lying position after the operation of lumbar disc protrusion to prevent the psoas strain from passive positions.Methods One handred forty patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.Patients in the observed group took comfort lying position,the neck and lumbar were holstered by soft pillows.Patients in the control group took traditional lying position without any holsters.The patients in both groups were observed and compared 24 h after operation.Results Blood pressure and respiratory rate were stable in both groups.Headache,vertigo and vomiting in the observed group were similar to the control group(P>0.05).In the patients of the observed group,sleeping,comfort feelings and psoas strain were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with comfort lying position and the neck and lumbar holstered by soft pillows can effectively prevent psoas ache caused by uncomfortable lying position.
