| 摘 要： | 本文评价了一种新的肿瘤标志物ＣＡ７２—４在预测胃癌患者腹膜转移中的价值。放射免疫法测定了３０例胃癌患者腹腔冲洗液ＣＡ７２—４水平。在不同浆膜受侵面积组间，受侵面积１０ｃｍ２～２０ｃｍ２组与受侵面积大于２０ｃｍ２组间冲洗液ＣＡ７２－４均值具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；伴有肉眼可见的腹膜转移灶的患者组与未伴有该转移灶的患者组间ＣＡ７２—４均值具显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；在胃壁受侵不同深度组间，浆膜层受侵组与肌层受侵组间ＣＡ７２—４亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。这表明腹腔冲洗液ＣＡ７２—４测定可靠地反映了腹膜受侵状态，对于预测胃癌腹膜转移有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Article evaluated the peritoneal washings levels of a new tumor marker CA72-4 in predicting peritonealmetastasis of gastric careinoma.CA72 - 4 levels were determined in the peritoneal washings from 30 patients withgastric cancer.CA72 - 4 can significantly separate patients with over 20cm~2 serosal invasion area from those with10-20cm2area (P<0.05);CA72-4 also gave differentiation between patients with positive and negative visibleperitoneal dissemination(P<0.05); Significant difference was observ~2 peritoneal washings could be a sensitivedetector of the condition of peritoneal invasion and a new predictor of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer. |
