| Abstract: | Pregnancy of women who underwent organ transplantation is now not only common, but also successful for both mother and infant. Most pregnancies have been reported in women with renal allografts. The main issue of this subject includes: interactions between pregnancy, transplanted organ and organ transplantation receptor, perinatal risks, effect of immunosuppressive therapy on pregnancy and perinatal care. |
