| Abstract: | BACKGROUND?Shy-Drager syndrome is an aut o nomic dysfunction with degeneration of central nerve system that is easily misdi ag nosis.?CASE REPORT?A case of Shy-Drager syndrome was misdiagn o sised as cervical spondylopathy and Parkinson's syndrome and so on, and that was confirm diagnosised by determing blood pressure of lying position and erect pos ition and by doing accessory examination.?DISCUSSION? Shy-Dr ager syndrome is no easily diagnosis and has various clinical manifestion. |
