| 摘 要： | 随着医药科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,医院药学由传统的保证供应型逐渐向技术服务型转变,给中药房工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。本人在十几年的工作过程中就人民医院中药房原有的管理模式,提出提高中药房服务质量的一些措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of medical technology and the improvement of people＇s living standards, to ensure the supply of hospital pharmacy bytraditional gradually to the service change technology, brings new opportunities and challenges to the real work of traditional chinese medicine. I have worked for ten years on the management mode of the old people＇s hospital of traditional chinese medicine room, putting forward some measures to improve the service quality of pharmacy. |
