中医治疗慢性咽喉炎28例临床疗效分析

目的:探讨中医治疗慢性咽喉炎患者的有效性和安全性。方法:选取我院收治的56例慢性咽喉炎患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予含服草珊瑚含片治疗,观察组患者给予玄麦甘桔汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率的差异。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的78.6%(P<0.05);两组患者均无不良反应发生,不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:采用中医治疗慢性咽喉炎患者安全有效,能显著改善症状,提高临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 28 cases of chronic pharyngitis in TCM

Objective：To investigate effect and safety of TCM in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods：56 patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was received grass coral tablet. The observation group was received Xuanmai Ganjie decoction. The total efficiency and adverse reactions rate in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was 100%, which was significantly higher than 78.6% of control group （P〈0.05）; all patients had no adverse reactions. The adverse reactions rate of two groups had no significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is safe and effective. It can significantly improve symptom and clinical outcomes.
