补肾活血法对改善原发性骨质疏松症生存质量及疗效观察

目的：探讨中医补肾活血法对原发性骨质疏松症患者的生存质量改善效果及临床疗效。方法：将112例原发性骨质疏松症患者分为（随机性）对照组（D组）和观察组（G组），对照组实施常规抗骨质疏松治疗，观察组在此基础上给予补肾活血法中药辨证治疗，以WHOQOL-BREF量表测评。结果：观察组患者给予补肾活血法治疗6个月后总评分及各维度得分明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医补肾活血法对原发性骨质疏松症患者的生存质量改善及临床效果显著。

Clinical observation on quality of life and therapeutic effect about Bushen Huoxue therapy on treating primary osteoporosis

Objective： To observe curative effects and evaluate the life quality of Bushen Huoxue therapy on treating primary osteoporosis. Methods：112 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Aside from receiving routine and symptomatic anti-osteoporosis treatment as the control group did, the treatment group was also given Bushen Huoxue therapy. All patients were evaluated by WHOQOL-BREF scale to track measurement and analysis. Results：The treatment group attained better curative effects （P〈0.05） and got better life quality （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：In treating primary osteoporosis, better curative effects can be achieved by Bushen Huoxue therapy.
