八珍汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的：观察八珍汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，在降血糖治疗基础上，对照组静滴牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液6mL、口服拜阿司匹林片，每晚一次，1片/次，甲钴胺3次/d，0.5mg/次。治疗组在上述基础上加服八珍汤加味，1剂/d，并留药渣熏洗下肢，2次/d，30min/次，两组治疗10d为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效，并比较两组治疗前后主要中医症状积分（受累下肢感觉、神经分布区发生疼痛、麻木、发凉、踩棉花感）及总积分，神经传导速度（腓总神经、胫神经、正中神经、腓肠神经）的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率80.00%，对照组总有效率60.00%，治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.01），两组治疗后主要中医症状积分及总积分均有改善，治疗组主要中医症状积分及总积分改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.05或 P〈0.01），治疗后治疗组各条神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：八珍汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变，临床疗效肯定。

Effective observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Bazhen decoction

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Bazhen decoction for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. Based on the control group intravenous rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus extract injection 6mL, oral Aspirin tablets, night, every time a mecobalamin 3 times / day, 0.5mg/times. Treatment groups based on the above plus clothing Bazhen decoction, daily one, and leave the dregs fumigation lower limbs, 2 courses a day, every 30 minutes, the two groups of treatment 10 days for a course of treatment was observed after 2 efficacy and compare before and after treatment mainly TCM symptom score （involved lower extremity sensory nerve distribution area occurs pain, numbness, cold, flu foot cotton） and total score, nerve conduction velocity （peroneal nerve, tibial nerve, median nerve, sural nerve） changes. Results：The treatment group was 80.00%in the control group was 60.00%, the clinical effect of the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）, after treatment, the main clinical symptoms score and total score were improved in the treatment group major TCM symptom score and total score improved significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, each of the treatment group improved nerve conduction velocity than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bazhen decoction diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the clinical efficacy was sure.
