双层复方白芨口腔贴膜的制备与临床应用

目的:用白芨提取物及消炎止痛的药用成分制成双层口腔贴膜。方法:白芨葡甘聚糖胶加入消炎止痛药物摊涂成药膜,在药膜上涂以PVA、CMC-Na等高分子材料做成的保护膜,制成双层贴膜。结果:制成的膜剂具有良好的粘性和柔韧性,体外释放成线性,在口腔中的溶解时间长,具有缓释效果。通过对26例口腔溃疡病人的临床疗效观察,其总有效率为93%。可以显著促进溃疡面愈合,缓解疼痛。结论:以白芨凝胶为主要材料,辅以几种药用成分制成的药膜具有去腐生肌,消炎止痛的功效,而且缓释效果明显,具有良好的推广前景。

Preparation and clinical application of double Fufang Baiji oral film

Objective： Baiji extract and anti-inflammatory ingredients were made for double-oral film. Methods： Glucomannan white glue and anti-inflammatory medication were made to form membrane, the membrane coated with PVA, CMC-Na, etc. made of polymer materials, made of double film. Results：Film formers good results of the viscosity and flexibility, in vitro releasing is linear, long dissolution time in the oral cavity, having a sustained releasing effect. Through clinical observation, 26 oral ulcer patients, the overall efficacy was 98%. Conclusion：Baiji gel as the main material, membrane supported by several pharmaceutical ingredients made with Qufu Shengji, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and slow-release effect is obvious.
