针灸联合药物在脑卒中后认知障碍的治疗分析

目的：探讨分析针灸联合药物对脑卒中后认知障碍的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2012年7月-2013年7月收治的70例脑卒中后出现认知障碍的患者为研究对象，将其随机分为A组和B组，各35例。A组患者单纯给予药物进行治疗， B组患者在药物治疗基础上给予针灸治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：A组患者总有效率为62.9%，B组患者总有效率为88.6%， B组患者总有效率明显较A组高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸联合药物治疗脑卒中后认知障碍患者的效果显著，值得临床应用推广。

Treating cognitive impairment following stroke in acupuncture plus TCM medicine

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM medicine plus acupuncture for cognitive impairment following stroke. Methods：70 patients with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into groups A and B, each of 35 cases. Group A was given TCM medicine solo, group B was treated with acupuncture more. Results：In group A, the total efficiency was 62.9%, in group B it was 88.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus TCM medicine for cognitive impairment following stroke have certain clinical effects, was worthy of clinical promotion.
