| 摘 要： | 目的:观察手法配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:63例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,分别采用手法配合电针和腰椎牵引法,治疗10次。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.91%,对照组为86.67%,P<0.05。结论:手法配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较单纯腰椎牵引为优。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical effects of electric acupuncture plus massage on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：63 patients were divided into two groups, were treated by electric acupuncture plus massage and lumbar traction respectively for 10 times. Results： The total efficacy in treatment group was 90.91%, significantly higher than 86.67% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Effects of electric acupuncture plus massage were better. |
