艾灸治疗骨科患者术后尿潴留的临床疗效观察

目的:观察选择性艾灸神阙、气海、关元、中极、百会、涌泉在治疗骨科患者术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将77例骨科术后尿潴留的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理,如:热敷、按摩、听流水声等,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,根据手术部位,选择性艾灸神阙、气海、关元、中极、百会、涌泉的中医特色疗法,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为92.34%,对照组总有效率为55.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组明显优于对照组。结论:选择性艾灸神阙、气海、关元、中极、百会、涌泉对治疗骨科术后尿潴留患者具有显著疗效,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating urinary retention following orthopedic surgery by moxibustion

Objective： To observe clinical effects of moxibustion on treating urinary rentention following orthopedic surgery. Methods：77 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine care, the observation group was given TCM moxibustion more. Results：In the observation group, the total efficacy was 92.34%, in another it was 55.38%. The difference was statically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The therapy has a good clinical effect and is worthy of promotion.
