| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药内外合治风湿病的的临床疗效。方法:116例纳入观察的风湿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,两组患者均接受西药、针刺、心理疗法、康复疗法等综合治疗措施,观察组在此基础上采用中药内外合治,自拟痹通汤加减,治疗1月后观察两组患者的临床症状、体征和实验室指标改善情况,对比临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后均有较好疗效,观察组的愈显率和总有效率均高于对照组,其中愈显率对比,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药内外合治风湿病疗效确切,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine on treating rheumatology. Methods：116 patients were divided into two groups, both groups were given western medicine, acupuncture, psychological therapy, rehabilitation therapy, the treatment group was added Bitong decoction. Results：Effects in the treatment were better, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The TCM medicine has good effects, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
