辨证使用中成药注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中140例疗效评价

目的:观察辨证使用中药注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中与单纯活血化瘀中药针剂治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:选择120例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为2组,在西医常规治疗的基础上,对照组(非辨证组)予以血栓通冻干粉500mg;治疗组(辨证组)依据辨证分为气虚血瘀型35例予以参麦注射液40mL和血栓通冻干粉500mg,风痰瘀阻型21例予以天麻素注射液10mL和灯盏花素注射液50mg,热毒瘀阻型16例予以醒脑静注射液30mL和苦碟子注射液30mL,均分别加入0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静滴。结果:辨证使用中药注射液治疗脑梗死结果发现,辨证组总疗效、中医证候疗效及神经功能缺损疗效均明显优于单纯使用活血化瘀中药针剂治疗缺血性脑卒中的非辨证组(P<0.05)。结论:辨证使用中药注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中可以有效提高临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 140 cases of ischemic stroke with injection in TCM differentiation

Objective：To observe clinical effects of TCM injection and Huoxue Huayu injection on ischemic stroke. Methods：120 patients were divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine, another was given integrative medicine. Results：On the basis of routine western medicine treatment, the control group was given Xueshuantong lyophilized powder 500mg;the treatment group according to syndrome differentiation can be divided into 35 cases of Qixu Xueyu were given Shenmai injection 10mL and Xueshuantong 500mg;21 cases of Fengtan Yuzu were given Tianmasu injection 10mL and Dengzhan Huasu injection 50mg;16 cases of Redu Yuzu were given Xingnaojing injection 30mL and Kudiezi injection 30mL for intravenous infusion. Results：The total curative effect, TCM syndrome curative effect and nerve function defect curative effect in treatment group were obviously better. Conclusion： TCM injection can effectively improve the clinical effect.
