自拟开忧解郁方治疗脑卒中后抑郁症38例疗效观察

目的:探讨自拟开忧解郁方治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效。方法:76例纳入观察的PSD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,两组均接受脑卒中常规治疗和康复训练,对照组口服黛力新,观察组在此基础上口服自拟开忧解郁方,连续治疗8周后对比治疗前后HAMD评分、ADL评分和临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMD评分均有所下降,ADL评分均有所上升,与治疗前相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组组间比较,观察组的HAMD评分低于对照组,而ADL评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率达92.1%,高于对照组的78.9%,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟开忧解郁方能明显改善PSD患者的抑郁状态,提高日常生活能力,优于单纯西药治疗。

Effective observation on treating 38 cases of depression following stroke with Kaiyou Jieyu therapy

Objective：To observe effects of Kaiyou Jieyu therapy on treating depression following stroke. Methods： 76 patients with PSD were randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases for each. Two groups were given normal treatment and healthy exercise. The control group was given Deanxit, the observation group was given Kaiyou Jieyu therapy more. The scores of HAMD, ADL and clinical effect were compared before and after treatment in 8 weeks. Results：In both groups, the HAMD scores were lower, the ADL scores were higher, with significant difference than before （P〈0.05）. The HAMD scores in the observation were lower, the ADL scores were higher, the difference was statically significant;the total efficacy were 92.1%and 78.9%respectively, has no significant difference. Conclusion：The therapy can improve the depression and was better than the western medicine solo.
