| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨银质针导热治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:72例入组患者随机分为两组,36例银质针导热疗法组,36例温针灸作为对照组,对两组病例的疗效进行比较。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者膝关节疼痛均有缓解(P<0.05)。但银质针导热疗法组总有效率为94.4%,温针灸治疗组总有效率为72.2%。结论:银质针导热治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效优于温针灸组,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating knee osteoarthritis by silver needle thermal |

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss clinical effects of thermal silver needle on treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients with thermal sliver needle as treatment group, 36 patients with worm acupuncture as control group. Results： The pain of knee in two groups was better for 4 weeks （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy in the treatment was 94.4%, in the control it was 72.2%. Conclusion：The thermal silver needle has better effects and was worthy of application. |
