补气活血法在冠心病中的治疗效果

目的:探讨中医补气活血法对冠心病的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2010年9月-2013年9月间冠心病患者68例,随机分为中医组和常规组,常规组给予常规冠心病西医疗法,中医组应用补气活血法,给予患者中医药治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:中医组患者的总有效率为94.12%,明显高于常规组,不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床效果较好,患者不良反应发生率少,具有一定的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect on treating CHD by Buqi Huoxue therapy

Objective： To investigate TCM Buqi Huoxue treatment for coronary artery disease. Methods： 68 CHD patients were randomly divided into TCM group and routine group, the routine group received conventional CHD western medicine, TCM group received Buqi Huoxue therapy. Results： The total effective rate of TCM group was 94.12%, significantly higher than the routine group, the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the conventional group, the differences Were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the TCM Buqi Huoxue for CHD was better, less adverse reaction rates in patients with a certain degree of security, worthy of clinical application.
