| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药洗剂联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗手足癣临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为两组,治疗组62例给予中药洗剂,联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外涂治疗,对照组50例给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药浸泡联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗各种手足癣,疗效明显优于单用萘替芬酮康唑乳膏。

Clinical observation on treating tinea with TCM lotion plus naftifine ketoconazole cream |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of TCM lotion plus naftifine ketoconazole cream for tinea. Methods：112 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 62 patients was given herbal lotion plus ketoconazole therapy;50 patients in the control group were given naftifine ketoconazole cream. Results： Clincal effects in the treatment group were better than that in the control group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM lotion plus naftifine ketoconazole cream was significantly better than single naftifine ketoconazole cream. |
