中医辨证结合经皮给药治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻临床观察

目的:探讨中医辨证结合经皮给药治疗仪治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的方法及临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年10月-2012年11月收治的86例婴幼儿秋季腹泻患儿临床资料,并对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果:观察组患儿退热、止泻、脱水纠正及平均治愈时间均优于对照组,观察组显效率、总有效率均优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药辨证治疗结合经皮给药治疗仪治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻可缩短病程,提高疗效,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating infant autumn diarrhea in TCM combined with percutaneous administration

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM combined with percutaneous administration on treating infant autumn diarrhea. Methods： 86 cases of infant autumn diarrhea treated from October 2011 to November 2012, the clinical datas were analyzed. The clinical efficacies of the two groups of patients were compared. Results： Observation group of children with fever disappearance, diarrhea disappearance, dehydration corrected and the average healing time were better than the control group, significant efficiency and total efficiency of observation group were better than the control group, with a significant difference between groups （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： TCM differential treatment combined with percutaneous administration can shorten the course, improve efficacy when treating infant autumn diarrhea, with no significant adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
