| 摘 要： | 复发性流产,肾虚根弱,冲任虚衰,系胎无力为发病之本;久病瘀血阻滞胞脉,损伤冲任,气血失和,胎元失养不固,为发病之标,因此,肾虚血瘀为本病基本病机,补肾活血法是治疗的基本大法。
